Works 1958 - 1979

Nam June Paik
Artists' Books

Paik’s first ever CD release spans 21 years of work and includes “Hommage à John Cage” from 1958 and “Duett: Paik/Takis” from ’79 – the only piece on the collection that had previously been available (20 years ago, in a limited vinyl edition). Many of these early tape collage pieces informed the video and Fluxus performance works for which Paik is more well.
