Description

Wind-up music box mechanism affixed to the bottom of steel buckets, which serve as amplifiers for the music. Sound quality can be altered by placing coins in the bottom of the bucket. Another ingenious musical invention from Olson’s body of sound-related works and performances. Title refers to the phrase “He couldn’t carry a tune in a bucket.”
