Description

Features 13 months of photo-collages created with images gleaned from dozens of gay and lesbian homoerotic and social justice calendars dating from 1984 to 2011. The images compiled were generated primarily by white North American queers, and captured during a moment in LGBT history that was and continues to be deeply affected by HIV and AIDS.

Created by Onya Hogan-Finlay as part of the exhibition Coming After at the Power Plant, on view 10 December 2011-4 March 2012.
