Art Metropole ships all items insured by regular post. If you would like to pick up your order from our shop in Toronto, you can indicate this at the end of the check out process.
All items shipped within Canada are subject to applicable provincial sales taxes. Applicable taxes will be included in the taxes subtotal of your order. International shipments are tax exempt.
Within Canada
Shipping costs are based on flat-rates per item, and all orders are shipped using regular mail.
To the US and Elsewhere
Shipping costs are based on flat-rates. Shipping takes approximately 6 – 12 business days between major centres.
Oversized or heavy items
Some oversized or heavy items, such as large prints, posters, and artist editions may incur additional shipping costs. If this is the case we may follow up with you with a specialized shipping cost.
Please Note: Canadian orders shipped by Canada Post can only be left in what is deemed to be a secure location. If no one is available to accept the package, and if a secure drop-off location is not available, then a card may be left advising that the package can be picked up at the nearest Canada Post outlet.
International orders may be subject to the customs fees and import duties. For customs purposes, we note all shipments to the full value of the invoice.
If you would prefer expedited shipping or courier service, please contact us before placing your order. Your order will be subject to additional shipping fees based on services requested.
