Held at Jackman Hall, Art Gallery of Ontario and organized in collaboration with the gallery. Speakers: Cornelia Lauf, Imschoot uitgevers, Ghent; Brian Butler, Brain Editions, Vancouver and Santa Monica; Leta Stathacos, Albright-Knox Gallery, Buffalo; John Goodwin, Shark Editions, Toronto/New York; Roger Bywater, Art Metropole; and others. Performance following the symposium by Keith Hennessy, at AA Bronson’s Colonnade Penthouse, 131 Bloor Street West. Micah Lexier’s multiple Older Brother Younger Sister published as a gift to symposium participants. The exhibition MANAGING: documents 1967-1974 organized as a complementary event.
