Renowned Toronto-based artist and fashion designer Jeremy Laing presents his work for Art Metropole’s FWD Editions: using digital Jacquard weaving, this piece features subject matter utilized by Laing before; acrylic fake fingernails. Here a collage of fifteen different painted fingernails has been woven into a work that is equally at home as a wall hanging or a throw. From an edition of 10 with two artist proofs.
