Description

Combahee River Collective, an African American feminist collective, presents a testimony of the reflective work done since the 1970s in the United States. The book discusses four major topics: the genesis of contemporary Black feminism; the particularity of its policy; the problems and the history of its collective; and Black feminist issues and practice. As feminists and Lesbians they know that sexual politics under patriarchy is pervasive in Black women’s live as are the politics of class and race.
