In ‘Neighborhood Watch’, a variety of people are grouped together by circumstance. A 50 year old woman seperates from her previous family and begins to form a bond with her new urban neighbors. The tension of the individual versus the group is lightheartedly explored in this ‘neighborhood’, where identities are often fragile and sometimes mistaken.
