Description

This exhibition catalog presents a version of Boltanski’s project “Detective,” an indiscriminate blend of assassins and victims culled from the weekly news magazine Détective and reproduced en masse, without text. Photographs of other works in the 1988-89 travelling exhibition are accompanied by essays from co-curators Lynn Gumpert and Mary Jane Jacob.
