The letter ‘C’ migrated to the front of the line in this literal re-interpretation of the Arts & Crafts Movement. Using found imagery culled from the internet, the resulting collection of transportation-related pairings include all manner of carts (golf, ice cream, shopping) and rafts (inflatable, log, of the Medusa). Carts and Rafts is a pictorial slapstick adept at summoning pre-linguistic associations, inventing cognitive portmanteaus and communicating in a psycho-visual Esparanto. Published by Fuse Works.
