Description

Rendezvous is a collection of intense intentions, a succession of encounters at the heart of contemporary artistic practice.

The book is made up of artistic content from over 150 written and drawn letters and unpublished epilogues in French, English, Spanish, Flemish and Korean.

Eléonore Pano-Zavaroni invited around fifty accomplices from her network of love (the people she thinks with, works with) to write to the visitors of three exhibitions (Lyon, Havana, Rotterdam) about their intense intentions: the desiring energy at the start of all production (including artistic production), why and how we do things.

Writings, drawings, collages, photographs, letters to be assembled and unfolded… as many experiments as thoughts about everyday life, relationships to practice, gesture, time, sideways steps and doubts.
The letters and their scanned envelopes are reproduced to scale 1.
