“Open Carefully” functions as a book, a catalogue, and as a multiple. The exterior of the white plastic clamshell case has been hand painted with coloured dots, and adorned with ribbons of printed paper connecting the back to the interior where they attach to a small colour booklet. Two compartments are found within the vacuum formed shape; one holds five painted stones; the other contains the small booklet (1 ¼” x 1 1/8” closed; 3 ¾” x 2 ¼” opened) with images of recent sculptures. Signed and numbered in an edition of one thousand.
