“I’m not sure how long I’ve known Colin Engel, but I have a lot of photos of him. Why do I have so many photos of Colin? Basically, he does funny stuff when he is drunk and I own a camera.” (www.younghealers.com)
Limit presents a series of b/w portraits of a subject named Colin. Limit’s 7-year photographic documentation show Colin aging and the number of his tattoos increase “…while the legs of his jeans get skinnier – we also see my eye as a photographer develop.In these pages, Colin is seen doing things that he would have done whether or not I was there to document it, though in some cases I feel that the presence of a camera pushed certain situations to further extremes.”
