The cover stories for Spring-Summer ’13 focus on Nepenthes president Keizo Shimizu and iconic photographer Mark Borthwick. The issue also features contributions by Craig Stecyk, Marcus Oakley and Scott A. Sant’Angelo as well as Cone Mills, The Soloist, Leslie Hewitt, Gottlund Verlag, Takashi Kumagai, Raif Adelberg, and photo essays by James Pearson-Howes and Osma Harvilahti.
Inventory was established in 2009 as an online platform and biannual publication to explore the aesthetic and cultural interests of its founders. By offering a unique and global perspective on design, craftsmanship and culture, both forgo the temporariness of trend to instead focus on the brands, designers and artists whose bodies of work reflect a commitment to quality, and a desire for innovation.
