This is an updated edition of the first Crisis Editions title published in 2018 as a two-part zine. This book contains the updated and expanded essay version of the talk Stockwell published in his 1991 book The Praetorian Guard: The U.S. Role in the New World Order. This book also contains supplemental material and updated formatting not found in the 2018 version.

John Stockwell is a CIA whistleblower best known for his 1974 book In Search of Enemies, extensive public speaking and many appearances on the public access alternative news program Alternative Views.
