96pp, profusely illustrated in b&w and color. This 1968 issue of “Time” features a special five page report on Robert F. Kennedy’s Primary election campaign to become the Democratic Party’s candidate for President later that same year. It is accompanied by a striking front cover Pop Art portrait of RFK commissioned from Roy Lichtenstein. An otherwise handsome example of this jaunty item showing a mailing label, mild scuffing, and light wear to the front cover that has had pages 21-22, and a portion of page 23-23 clipped. It has been priced accordingly.
