Description

Combining photographs, advertisements and screen shots of men wearing business suits the artist creates a pictorial world of masculinity, power and style. Stuke acts the part of a curator, gathering images from historical and contemporary sources. Images range from those taken from the movies “Wall Street”, “Oceans 11” and “Casino Royale” to blown up contemporary newspaper photographs of Nicolas Sarkozy, Barack Obama and an “experienced MIT grad for hire”.
