OUT OF STEP is the fourth recording in a series of sound experiments made by Bay area artist, Chris Duncan, in which he employs repetition and accumulation as his conceptual framework. OUT OF STEP is a fifteen minute composition made from looping the subtle variations of speed and tone of the matrix “beat” of Minor Threat’s OUT OF STEP.
