Description
“Pregnant with the punctum of bustling capitalism, these photograph-printed wallets keep the image-repertoire of the financial district ever within arm’s reach. Bound in timeless, deathless leather by Fiona Ezechiels. Edition of 3.”

Toner-based image transfer on leather.
Unsigned, unnumbered edition.

Money Wallet is a wallet produced in collaboration with leatherworker Fiona Ezechials. The wallet features a toner-based image transfer of pedestrians photographed in financial districts like Wall St. And Bay St. The playful superimposition of images of movement in these urban areas reflects the movement of capital that happens there and greatly depends on the wallet being opened and used. – Mike Goldby
