Description

Associations is an iterative print project born of collaboration between Darian Razdar and an invited artist. By privileging simplicity and urgency, each issue of Associations is made within a single day of collaboration — drawing on each artist’s body of work. No two Associations are the same; the process by which I guide each is determined by the unique factors of the invited artist’s talents, desires, and our relationship.

Danielle Goshay is an artist, writer, and mentor based in Toronto specializing in experimental digital and film photography, alternative process, and wheat paste street art. Goshay studied at Pittsburgh Filmmakers media arts center. She has exhibited work in Pittsburgh and Toronto and has been published internationally.

Darian Razdar is a writer, photographer, and textile artist with roots in the Great Lakes and Caspian sea basins. Practicing in both independent and community contexts, his work emphasizes poetics, landscape, abstraction, and collaboration.

Limited edition of 50 copies.
