The inverted image of a tree has become recognised as a Rodney Graham hallmark and forms part of an ongoing 15-year project involving camera obscuras. This iconic image is seen in popular science books illustrating optical illusions and appears in seminal texts by theorists like semiologist Ferdinand de Saussure and psychoanalyst Jacques Lacan. Edition of 500, signed and numbered by the artist.
