Description

During her schooling, before World War I, my grandmother decided to take a course in writing Kurrent, a form of old German script, the new, fast writing method of the day. The dream behind her decision was to work as a journalist. Journalists wrote out their texts by hand. For my grandmother, newspapers were the most vibrant medium.
