“Home Cams” is a large format book of hundreds of enlarged digital thumbnail images arranged like a computer screen’s hyperlinks to various webcams in a community. The pilfered screenshots range in content from the banalities of daily living to sexual displays. Echoes of surveillance, voyeurism, the performativity of domestic space, and the curious economies of public/private interaction in a digital age are found on each page.
