Description

Project 6 is a photocopied zine by New York artist Ryan Compton. This project comprises a series of photo collages that include playful black shapes that act as visual intervention on public monuments. The modernist black shapes simultaneously highlight the monuments and cancel their normal functions bringing up questions about what blends into the background of our daily life.
